Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to merchandise purchased from the AeroVia Shop. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@aerovia.org.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@aerovia.org with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include a photo.

We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return.

3. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer).

If you requested an exchange for a different size or a defective item, we will ship the replacement item to you, subject to availability. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@aerovia.org so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
