Korea Aerospace Research Institute

The Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) is South Korea's national aerospace research institute. It develops systems and core technologies for aircraft, satellites, launch vehicles, lunar exploration, satellite navigation, and satellite-image applications while supporting national aerospace policy and industry collaboration. KARI's work includes the Nuri launch vehicle, the Danuri lunar orbiter, Earth-observation satellites, aviation research, and technology partnerships with domestic and international organizations.
