The National Agency for Space Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus coordinates space-research activity within Belarus's national academy system. NASB identifies the agency as responsible for coordinating implementation work connected with the Belkosmos research and production cluster, whose remit includes peaceful research and use of outer space, space-policy proposals, aerospace products, and scientific cooperation. The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus also led the Belarusian research programme flown by Maryna Vasileuskaya during her 2024 International Space Station visiting mission, working with Roscosmos and the Russian Academy of Sciences.
