Junkers Flugzeugwerk was the aircraft-building enterprise established around Hugo Junkers's pioneering all-metal designs in Dessau, Germany. Renamed as a dedicated aircraft company in 1919, it developed the F 13 passenger transport and a succession of influential civil and military aircraft while related Junkers businesses also produced engines. The historical company was reorganized under state control in the 1930s and no longer exists as an independent manufacturer.
