Northrop Corporation

Northrop Corporation was the historical U.S. aircraft manufacturer and design organization behind the B-2 Spirit. The company was incorporated in California in 1939, reincorporated in Delaware in 1985, and maintained its documented corporate headquarters at 1840 Century Park East in Los Angeles during the B-2 development era; Northrop Grumman is treated as the later corporate successor, not as the B-2’s historical manufacturer record.
