Rivada Space Networks GmbH is building and operating the Outernet, a laser-linked low-Earth-orbit satellite mesh providing secure, sovereign point-to-point connectivity for governments, critical infrastructure, and enterprises. Its architecture combines inter-satellite optical links, onboard processing and routing, and wholesale connectivity services for telecom, energy, maritime, defense, and other mission-critical users.
