Aeropark Budapest

Aeropark Budapest is an aviation museum beside Ferenc Liszt International Airport Terminal 2B, operated by Légiközlekedési Kulturális Központ. It presents roughly 70 years of Hungarian public aviation through 16 aircraft—Li-2, Il-18, Tu-154, Tu-134, Jak-40, Mi-2, An-2, L-410 and MiG-21—plus airport ground vehicles, Malév Ikarus buses, air-traffic-control and aircraft-maintenance exhibits, and flight simulators. Museum admission is separate from airport tours: the operator's current prices page lists an adult ticket at HUF 4,300, reduced tickets at HUF 2,500 and a family ticket at HUF 11,500, with tickets available on site or in advance; the museum itself has no age limit. Airport tours are restricted-area programs with different age rules (family-friendly from age 3, public three-hour tours over age 6, and hangar tours over age 10). Public airport-tour registration closes no later than the fifth working day before the visit and group bookings require at least two weeks; a visitor account, advance personal data, an identity document and mandatory security screening are required, and people not on the submitted visitor list cannot enter. Airport operations can suspend or alter tours, and visits for people with disabilities require separate consultation. Bus 200E/100E and free visitor parking serve the site, with the Aeropark car park closed outside museum opening hours. Check the operator's live calendar and prices before travel.
