Airworld Aviation Museum

Airworld Aviation Museum is a charity aviation museum on the active Caernarfon Airport site, the former RAF Llandwrog in North Wales. Its collection includes the operator-described only surviving BAe Harrier T.2, Hawker Hunter, D.H. Vampire, Sea Hawk, Bristol Sycamore and other historic aircraft, alongside memorabilia and interpretation of RAF Llandwrog, North Wales wartime airfields and the RAF Mountain Rescue Service founded there in 1942. The museum offers close-up aircraft viewing and a hands-on visitor experience; most of the hangar is wheelchair accessible, while cockpit steps and two small upstairs galleries are restricted.
