The Australian Space Discovery Centre is the Australian Space Agency’s public Adelaide venue at Lot Fourteen. Its free, self-guided visitor experience spans a space gallery, careers and information hub, mission-control theatrette and Endeavour Room, with more than 20 exhibits, regular presentations, school workshops and guided tours about Australia’s space sector and technology. During South Australian school holidays, the Centre is open to the public 10:00–17:00 on all days except public holidays. During South Australian school terms, public hours are Wednesday–Friday 13:00–17:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–17:00; it is closed Monday, Tuesday and public holidays. Entry is free, and visitors under 12 must be accompanied by someone over 17. The Centre is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs or ramps at entry or exit, offers accessible toilets, and provides hearing augmentation in the theatrette and Endeavour Room; check the Agency’s current visitor page for events and access details.
