Aviation Heritage Park and Museum in Bowling Green’s Basil Griffin Park honors South-Central Kentucky aviators through a free outdoor air park and indoor museum. Static F-4 Phantom, F-111 Aardvark, F9F Panther, SH-3H Sea King and Huey displays connect local service stories; inside, artifacts, video, interactive screens, a 1940 Piper J-3 Cub honoring Willa Brown, a NASA T-38 Talon flown by Mercury, Gemini and Apollo astronauts, and four flight simulators interpret aviation and space history. Aircraft are viewable from daylight to dusk; museum public hours and group tours follow current operator guidance. Visitor address: 1825 Three Springs Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42104, United States.
