Aviation Museum Burgas

Aviation Museum Burgas is a municipal airport-side museum at Burgas Airport in Sarafovo, opened to preserve the city’s civil-aviation heritage. Its ten aircraft include Tupolev Tu-154, Antonov An-12 (home to the indoor Homo Volans exhibition), An-24, MiG-17, MiG-21, L-29, An-2, An-14, Mi-2 and Ka-26. Visitors can enter selected aircraft and explore cockpit positions, aviation models, uniforms, archives, a flight-safety black box, navigation instruments, engine effects, flight-simulator and VR experiences; operator programmes and safety rules vary. Public access and seasonal hours follow current operator guidance, and visitors must not climb on exhibits. Visitor location: Burgas Airport, Sarafovo, Burgas 8007, Bulgaria.
