Aviation Museum

Aviation Museum in Krumovo, a branch of Bulgaria’s National Museum of Military History beside Plovdiv Airport, preserves the country’s military-aviation heritage through indoor and outdoor exhibitions. Displays cover Bulgarian aviation history, propeller, jet and non-engine aircraft, helicopters, aviation equipment, armament, radio-location equipment, photographs, uniforms, models and astronautics. The operator publishes April–September hours Wednesday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday–Sunday 09:30–18:00, and October–March hours Wednesday–Sunday 09:00–16:30; ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing. Outdoor admission is BGN 4, combined indoor/outdoor admission BGN 8, family BGN 12, and children up to 7, military personnel and the last Wednesday of each month are free; Bulgarian/English guided and educational tours and age-7+ VR are available.
