The Battle of Britain Memorial at Capel-le-Ferne is the National Memorial to the Few, preserving the story and sacrifice of the aircrew who defended Britain in 1940. The memorial grounds include the iconic Spitfire and Hurricane replicas, Channel views, memorial sculpture and The Wing visitor centre with the immersive Scramble Experience, exhibitions, shop and cafe. The grounds are open 365 days a year on foot. The operator publishes seasonal visitor-centre, cafe and parking hours: daily 10:00-17:00 from April through October, Tuesday-Sunday 10:00-16:00 November-February, and daily 10:00-16:00 in March, with last-entry times and temporary event changes posted by the Trust. On-site parking includes disabled spaces and the site is served by Stagecoach Wave service 102.
