Cape Town Science Centre Planetarium is the centre’s inflatable digital planetarium, presenting immersive astronomy shows for the public and schools alongside the hands-on science exhibits. Planetarium programmes and school visits can be booked through CTSC at 021 300 3200 or bookings@ctsc.org.za; current show offerings include The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket, Earth’s Wild Ride and Two Small Pieces of Glass, while programme times can change. The centre is open Monday-Saturday 09:00-16:30, Sundays closed, and public holidays 10:00-16:30; it is closed on 25 December and 1 January. Tickets are available online.
