Dongfeng Landing Site

The operational primary recovery site for China's space-station-era Shenzhou missions in the Gobi Desert near Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Ejin Banner, Inner Mongolia. It first recovered a crewed spacecraft with Shenzhou 12 in September 2021 and subsequently became the regular landing site for Tiangong crews. The mapped coordinates represent the broader recovery area near the published Shenzhou 12 touchdown point, not every mission's exact landing point.
