Egypt Space City's Satellite Assembly, Integration and Test Center (AITC) is an Egyptian Space Agency technical facility in New Cairo, Egypt. EgSA publishes capabilities for assembling two satellites up to 600 kg simultaneously, precision alignment, mass-property measurement, thermal-vacuum, vibration, solar-array deployment, EMC, optical and integration testing. Egyptian government sources document the completed center and its use for MisrSat-2 work; the African Union identifies Space City as the New Cairo complex hosting EgSA, AfSA and technical facilities. EgSA's recent public material advertises arranged university and school visits to agency labs and facilities, but does not publish routine walk-in access to the AITC. Treat the facility as controlled infrastructure and confirm current permission and visit scope with EgSA before travelling.
