ElbAir Airbus Visitor Centre

ElbAir Airbus Visitor Centre is the purpose-built public starting and ending point for the “Let’s visit Airbus” factory tour at Airbus Hamburg-Finkenwerder. Opened in 2025 just outside the east gate, the 900-square-metre centre uses exhibits, interactive interpretation, a Smartguide and an introductory film before booked visitors board a shuttle into the working factory. The current operator describes views of A320neo-family single-aisle production and A330/A350 wide-body manufacturing, including structure and final assembly, before the tour returns to ElbAir. The Airbus merchandise shop is publicly accessible without a factory-tour ticket; factory access itself requires advance booking and follows the operator’s current security and tour arrangements.
