Erickson Aircraft Collection

Erickson Aircraft Collection is a private flying collection at Madras Municipal Airport, founded by Jack Erickson in 1983 and rooted in the former World War II B-17 training base. Its museum and airworthy fleet preserve rare vintage aircraft and related aviation history, with representative P-38 Lightning, P-51 Mustang, Ki-43 Hayabusa, F4U Corsair, SBD Dauntless, Grumman Duck and B-17 Flying Fortress examples. On-site restoration and the Living History Flight Experience connect visitors with the craftsmanship, crews and wartime stories behind the machines.
