ESA Astrolabe is the European Space Agency’s visitor centre at its Paris headquarters and the agency’s first space fully open to the public. Its hands-on introduction to European spaceflight includes virtual-reality journeys to the International Space Station, an Earth-from-space globe, astronaut suits, launcher displays and ESA memorabilia, with talks, events and educational activities varying over time. Check ESA’s current visitor information and contact Astrolabe@esa.int before travel: access is through HQ reception and visitor arrangements can change. ESA describes Astrolabe as open to all and fully accessible. Visitor address: ESA Headquarters, 8–10 Rue Mario Nikis, 75738 Paris Cedex 15, France.
