Musée Espace Air Passion

Musée Espace Air Passion at Angers-Loire Airport is a volunteer aviation museum preserving more than 180 historic aircraft and gliders across a century of flight, from René Gasnier’s 1908 first Anjou aeroplane through rare sailplanes, prototypes, civil light aircraft and military training, observation and liaison machines. Its collection is a working one: restoration workshops, selected boardable aircraft and flight simulators connect visitors with the hardware and the skills needed to keep historic aircraft flying. Much of the museum is wheelchair accessible, with operator-controlled arrangements for current visits and individual exhibits. Address: Angers-Loire Airport, 49140 Marcé, France.
