ESA’s European Astronaut Centre (EAC) in Cologne is Europe’s centre of excellence for astronaut training, operations and space medicine, supporting European crews and international partners on ISS hardware and human-spaceflight missions. The working centre is on the DLR campus and is not a normal walk-in attraction: ESA says public visits are possible only through a requested guided tour organised with DLR, and weekend visits are not available. DLR’s current Cologne tour guidance offers free, approximately three-hour group tours Wednesday-Friday at 10:00 or 14:00 by prior appointment, with English on request, for groups of 10-28; visitors under 16 are not admitted and guests may not move around the site without a guide. Programme and dates can change for internal operations. Address: Linder Höhe, 51147 Cologne, Germany. Confirm the current DLR/ESA booking and security requirements before travel.
