Glenn H. Curtiss Museum

Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport celebrates aviation pioneer Glenn H. Curtiss through early aircraft, engines, motorcycles, automobiles, bicycles, inventions and regional aviation history. Its collection includes original and restored Curtiss aircraft such as the 1917 Standard J-1, 1919 Seagull flying boat, 1943 C-46 Commando, 1917 JN-4D Jenny and P-40E War Hawk, reproductions from the first years of flight, and extensive motorcycle and automobile displays; restoration work and educational programmes add context.
