IABG Space Test Centre

IABG’s Space Centre in Ottobrunn is an operational spacecraft qualification and environmental-test facility serving European space programmes and industry. Its capabilities include thermal-vacuum and solar simulation, vibration and shock, acoustic, electromagnetic-compatibility, mass-property and deployment testing, cleanrooms, and the operational Competence Centre Optics for electro-optical satellite systems. IABG also provides technical analyses, studies and test engineering; technical tours or site access require current arrangements with IABG, so contact the operator before visiting.
