The International Women’s Air & Space Museum (IWASM) at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland preserves and interprets women’s contributions across aviation and space. Its collection includes artifacts, photographs, articles, textiles, artwork and papers, supported by the Fay Gillis Wells Research Center; exhibits connect pioneers such as Katharine Wright, Women Airforce Service Pilots, early women air racers, women astronaut candidates, Sally Ride and other aerospace leaders.
