ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC) at Mahendragiri is ISRO’s assembly, integration and testing centre for Earth-storable, cryogenic and semi-cryogenic engines and stages for launch vehicles. It conducts high-altitude tests of upper-stage engines and spacecraft thrusters, supplies cryogenic and storable liquid propellants, and carries out propulsion R&D and technology-development programmes; current IPRC materials also describe the 2,000 kN semi-cryogenic SIET facility and work supporting PSLV, GSLV and LVM3. The current ISRO address is Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu 627133, India. IPRC is a strategic operating test complex rather than a walk-in visitor attraction; the official site provides no public visiting hours, so arrange access through ISRO/IPRC before travel.
