JAXA Space Dome

JAXA Space Dome is the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's current public exhibition hall and visitor experience at the Tsukuba Space Center. JAXA's official visitor contract describes free, self-guided public access to the Space Dome, Rocket Square's full-size H-II rocket and Planet Cube during opening days, plus a separately bookable paid guided tour of space-development facilities. The exhibition covers Japan's space-development history, satellites, human spaceflight and Kibo, launch vehicles and engines, and planetary exploration. The Space Dome is open 10:00–17:00 on opening days, with irregular facility-maintenance closures and year-end holidays; visitors should check JAXA's official opening calendar before visiting.
