Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre

Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at former RAF East Kirkby preserves Lincolnshire wartime aviation and Bomber Command history through Lancaster NX611 “Just Jane”, historic aircraft and vehicles, restored airfield buildings, archives and educational visits. Visitors can explore the museum during published opening days and book scheduled Lancaster or Mosquito taxi, interior and restoration experiences; timings vary by season, serviceability, weather and special events. The centre is open Tuesday–Saturday and closed Sundays and Mondays except some bank-holiday Mondays for events. Winter hours from October to Easter are 10:00–16:00 with last entry at 15:00; summer hours from Easter to October are 09:30–17:00 with last entry at 16:00. General admission need not be pre-booked, but larger events require advance booking and special-event prices may differ. Normal-day admission is £13.50 for adults 16+, £12 for seniors 60+ and HM Armed Forces, £5.50 for children 6–15, free for under-6s, £34 for a family of two adults and two children, and £4.50 for each additional child; disabled admission is £12 and one carer enters free with proof. Dogs are allowed on site on a short lead. The site has a disabled toilet and baby-change facilities, but public wheelchairs are not available, so bring your own wheelchair and review the operator access statement.
