Musée de l’Aéronautique Navale in Rochefort is France’s only museum devoted exclusively to naval aviation, maintained by ANAMAN volunteers on the historic Marine site. Its collection presents French naval aircraft and helicopters, models, engines, avionics, aerostation history and other artefacts, with restoration work, a research library, audioguides and English visit documents. Visits are guided or arranged for groups, and opening dates, programmes and reservations vary; verify the operator before travel.
