Museo Aeroespacial de la Fuerza Aérea Boliviana preserves the country's aviation heritage in historic hangars and an outdoor aircraft plaza at the I Brigada Aérea in El Alto. Its collection includes aircraft and helicopters, engines, equipment, documents, and artifacts from Bolivia's early high-altitude flying, the Chaco War, military transport, training, and modern air-force service. The museum invites the general public, publishes weekday split-session visiting hours with weekend and holiday access by request, and continues to participate in El Alto's public museum programmes.
