Museo Aeronáutico Costarricense

Museo Aeronáutico Costarricense is a nonprofit Costa Rican aviation-history collection operated by the Academia de Historia de la Aeronáutica y el Correo Aéreo en Costa Rica. It preserves the country’s aviation and air-mail heritage through documents, photographs, artefacts, scale models and historical research, with exhibition and restoration work that connects civil aviation, national development and aerospace history. The physical collection is based at the Instituto de Formación Aeronáutica (IFA) campus in Lagunilla de Heredia, linking Costa Rican aviation and air-mail heritage to the country’s aeronautical training campus.
