Museo Aviadores del Chaco

Museo Aviadores del Chaco preserves Paraguay’s aviation history during the 1932–1935 Chaco War through documents, photographs, uniforms, models, original artefacts and an aviation library, and is recognized as part of the nation’s cultural heritage. Founded and directed by Carmiña Pérez Falabella, the museum’s new San Bernardino venue opened in June 2025 at the Club de Vuelo Yvytu urbanization with official Guarani–Spanish bilingual signage. The museum is a private, appointment-based visitor destination: the national tourism portal lists free access by prior booking but still carries the superseded Asunción address, so use the current San Bernardino venue and contact the museum to confirm appointment, parking and entry arrangements.
