Museu do Ar - Pólo de Alverca

Museu do Ar - Pólo de Alverca is a distinct branch of Portugal's national air museum at Largo dos Pioneiros da Aviação in Alverca. Its collection follows the origins of Portuguese military and naval aviation, pioneer transcontinental flights, and the Portuguese Air Force in Africa, with historic documents, personal objects, aircraft armament, an Alouette II helicopter and aircraft miniatures.
