Naval Air Station Fort Lauderdale Museum

Naval Air Station Fort Lauderdale Museum preserves the history of the former World War II naval air station, training operations and Flight 19 in surviving Link Trainer Building #8, a National Register of Historic Places and Florida Heritage Site. The volunteer-run museum presents artifacts, photographs, videos, a library and naval-aviation memory. Current operator guidance lists free admission, free tours, free parking and handicap accessibility on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 15:00, with the last tour at 14:30; no reservation is required, though arrival between 11:30 and 14:00 is recommended. Major-holiday closures may apply. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult, and groups of more than five are asked for a $5-per-person donation unless members.
