The National Observatory and Planetarium of Kosovo is a purpose-built public astronomy center in Rashincë, opened in June 2024. Its two neighboring domes contain a 50-seat planetarium and an observatory with a 14-inch Celestron telescope, while a large hydrogen-alpha solar telescope supports daytime observing from the terrace. Developed by Astronomy Outreach of Kosovo with national and municipal funding, the facility hosts planetarium presentations, telescope sessions, lectures, school visits, and public observing events.
