Observatorio Astronómico de Panamá is the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá's astronomical research, teaching, and public-outreach facility at its Coclé regional campus. Its principal instrument is a computer-controlled 14-inch Meade LX200GPS Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. Confirmed-reservation visits for the public, students, and institutions run Monday–Friday 09:00–15:00; groups are capped at 30 and must be registered and confirmed at least three days ahead. The visit includes the exhibition room and main telescope; longer educational sessions add Solar System and constellation presentations, telescope instruction, and weather-dependent observing. Weekends and holidays are closed.
