Oregon Air and Space Museum next to Eugene Airport preserves Oregon aviation and space-technology history through aircraft, artifacts, models and a Space Race timeline. Its collection includes the A-6 Intruder, A-4 Skyhawk, MiG-17, T-34 Mentor and Major General Marion Carl’s J-2 Cub; Oregon Aces and local aviation stories, the David P. Galbraith model exhibit and space-program memorabilia extend the collection.
