Pacific Spaceport Complex – Alaska (PSCA)

The Pacific Spaceport Complex–Alaska (PSCA) on Kodiak Island provides responsive access to space for small and light-lift vertical launch rockets and has supported suborbital and orbital launches since 1998. Alaska Aerospace describes six launch pads—four orbital-class and two suborbital—along with a Launch Service Structure, launch control and weather operations, range instrumentation and safety systems, indoor vehicle processing and storage, payload processing cleanrooms, integration and processing facilities, and spacecraft and rocket-motor support buildings. The FAA lists PSCA as an FAA-licensed vertical spaceport operated by Alaska Aerospace.
