Piper Aviation Museum

Piper Aviation Museum in Lock Haven preserves the history and legacy of the Piper Aircraft Corporation and its founding family through aircraft, artifacts, restoration projects and aviation-history interpretation. The collection connects Piper’s engineering and manufacturing heritage to aircraft such as Cubs, the 1944 L-4J Grasshopper, Tri-Pacer, Cherokee, Arrow, Aerostar and the recently added 1962 Piper Apache. Exhibits and archives show how Piper aircraft served civilian, military and utility roles; group and educational visits can be arranged in advance.
