Qantas Founders Museum is an independent not-for-profit aviation museum at Longreach, Queensland, preserving the birthplace and early operating history of Qantas and Australian outback aviation. Its public experience combines an exhibition hall, the National Heritage-listed Qantas Hangar, a Catalina display and an airpark containing the Boeing 747, Boeing 707 and Super Constellation; bookable guided airpark and aircraft tours include access inside the 747, while the Luminescent Longreach evening show projects Qantas history onto the aircraft. The museum's current 2026 winter schedule is daily 08:00–15:00, with seasonal and holiday exceptions published by the operator.
