Quito Astronomical Observatory
Quito Astronomical Observatory is Ecuador’s national astronomical observatory and one of the oldest observatories in the Americas. Located inside Parque La Alameda, it combines heritage instruments, public astronomy education, atmospheric and geophysical science, and research led by the National Polytechnic School.
