Radom Wasserkuppe is the former military radar dome and Cold War heritage museum at the 950 m summit of the Wasserkuppe. The public walk-through presents the history of the radar facility and provides a 360° panoramic viewing platform over the Rhön; the dome also hosts guided groups, concerts, exhibitions and events. The operator publishes the museum/building tour daily 11:00–16:00 through 1 November 2026, while the outdoor platform is reachable daily 08:00–sunset through the turnstile and costs €2 in coins per person; children under six are free with an accompanying adult. Group tours are bookable year-round, and very bad weather can close the dome. The site is at Wasserkuppe 950, 36129 Gersfeld (Rhön), Germany.
