Royal Observatory of Belgium

The Royal Observatory of Belgium is a federal scientific institute in Uccle advancing astronomy, astrophysics, solar physics, geophysics, precise timekeeping, and space-weather research. The working observatory is not open to individual visitors: the operator accepts guided group visits of 10–25 people on the first Tuesday of each month, when it is not a holiday, by advance request; typical times are 10:00–12:00 or 14:00–16:00. The separate Planetarium welcomes groups, schools, and individuals, while occasional open days provide broader site access.
