SANSA Science Centre

SANSA Science Centre is the public-facing education facility at the South African National Space Agency’s Hermanus Space Science campus, where hands-on science learning connects visitors with space weather, Earth-and-space science, engineering and Antarctic data. SANSA’s free public tour runs Wednesdays at 11:00 and lasts about one hour; it includes the operational Space Weather Centre, Engineering and Data in Africa and Antarctica, the Magnetically Clean Environment and the Science Centre. Reserve a place through SANSA in advance: the Hermanus site is a National Key Point and requires visitor identity verification.
