Shanghai Astronomy Museum

Shanghai Astronomy Museum, a branch of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, is one of the world’s largest dedicated astronomy museums by floor area (38,000 square metres), built around the theme "Connecting People to the Universe." Its Home, Cosmos and Odyssey galleries and Astronomy in China, Wonder Planet and Journey to Mars sections combine astronomy, space science and interactive interpretation with about 70 meteorite samples, more than 120 artefacts and professional astronomical-observation equipment.
