Shea Naval Aviation Museum

The ANA Patriot Squadron operates the Shea Naval Aviation Museum at Union Point, preserving the history and traditions of NAS Squantum and NAS South Weymouth and the wider U.S. naval-aviation community. The small museum and its related Shea Memorial Grove interpret local base service and sacrifice, including an actual Douglas A-4B Skyhawk, Medal of Honor memorial trees and plaques, and historical photographs, artifacts and memorabilia. The operator currently lists museum hours as 09:00-12:00 on the second Saturday and the last Saturday of each month, with free admission; the museum is in a small building behind the Union Point Sports Complex fields.
