Space Launch Complex 37B (SLC-37B)

Space Launch Complex 37B (SLC-37B) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is the former ULA Delta IV Heavy launch pad; the final Delta IV Heavy/NROL-70 mission launched from SLC-37 on April 9, 2024. The launch portion is now vacant, and the Department of the Air Force approved demolition of unusable Delta IV Heavy infrastructure while its Record of Decision authorizes SpaceX to redevelop SLC-37 for Starship-Super Heavy launch and landing operations once the real-property agreement and associated documentation are executed. Construction and prelaunch activity are authorized under the ROD, but launches and landings require supplemental FAA airspace analysis and a revised ROD.
