The Vintage Aero Flying Museum, home of the LaFayette Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) aviation-history museum in Fort Lupton, Colorado, preserving World War I and World War II aircraft, replicas, memorabilia and educational stories connected with the LaFayette Escadrille and Flying Corps. Current projects and displays include a 1918 Fokker D.VII, 1917 Sopwith Camel, 7/8-scale SE5a, full-scale SE5a and SPAD XIII. Public access is every other Saturday by appointment; call 303-668-8044 before traveling. The operator lists 7529 CR 39, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621; the stored Platte Valley Airpark location and point are retained pending stronger coordinate evidence.
