Uchinoura Space Science Museum

Uchinoura Space Science Museum interprets the launch site that sent Japan's first satellite, Ohsumi, into orbit. Exhibits include rocket and scientific-satellite models, instruments, development and test hardware, and a model of the historic Mu launch tower; visitors can also follow the site's public route past launch pads, full-scale rocket displays, and tracking antennas when operations allow.
