Virginia Air & Space Science Center

Virginia Air & Space Science Center is NASA Langley Research Center’s official visitor center and a public air-and-space science museum in Hampton, Virginia. Since opening in 1992, it has presented more than 30 historic aircraft and rare space artifacts, including the Apollo 12 Command Module Yankee Clipper, Mercury and Gemini capsules and Orion PA-1, alongside more than 35 hands-on STEM experiences, aviation exhibits spanning 100 years, NASA Langley interpretation and an IMAX theater. General admission includes the exhibits and an IMAX film; Museums for All, member, military and group terms follow current operator guidance. Public hours, ticketing, film schedules, special exhibits and group-reservation needs change, so check the official site before travel. A free parking garage is one block away.
