WACO Air Museum

WACO Air Museum in Troy, Ohio, is the public museum of the WACO Historical Society, preserving the legacy of the Weaver Aircraft Company of Ohio and the golden age of civilian aircraft manufacturing. Two hangars and a grass-field setting interpret WACO’s biplanes, glider production and Troy factory history through original and replica aircraft, glider noses, engines, propellers, photographs, tools, artifacts and a WACO flight simulator. The collection includes complete aircraft such as a WACO UPF-7 and Mackey Taperwing, while guided and self-guided experiences, school/group programmes and occasional open-cockpit flights connect visitors with the hardware.
